BLOG 7: CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAM

Hello! Today I will talk about some changes in the study program of the career in which I am studying.

In the first place, in terms of the matters to study, there are some subjects that could be more limited, since, for example, in mathematical fields, there are certain topics that do not contribute much to what is going to be practiced later. In the public sector, which lengthens them, although this expansion is not so necessary.

Second, to the workload and duration of studies, there are certain subjects that carry more weight than others, causing in some cases that the subjects that do have a great importance are somewhat more relaxed and do not demand as much. Also, that there are times when they leave everything for the end of the semester which is very exhausting for us.

Regarding our faculty, it is worth mentioning that it is very small compared to the other faculties, which is very sad, as the infrastructure does not look like a university. Regarding the use of technology, apart from the fact that now it has been oriented to an online modality due to the pandemic, some software has been used, which in my opinion is well implemented and may be useful in the future, although there is a lot of practice necessary to learn them. And finally, as for the teaching model, I can't say much, because the online mode doesn't really show me what the classes are really like.
